Organization Background:
The Technology Engineering and Ops team provides foundational infrastructure of Cloud Services, Network Connectivity, Data Center Hosting, Voice, Collaboration Applications, and End User Computing enables our caregivers, patients, physicians, and Community Technology partners to achieve our mission. We drive Cloud migrations, Network modernization and infra modernization across the company.
What will you be responsible for?
End to end Management of SAN and NAS Infrastructure
Design, Configure, Monitor and Maintain NAS & SAN Storage
Bring in Engineering and Automation mindset
Migration of Legacy OnPrem Storage to Azure cloud.
What would your day look like?
End to end Management of Storage Infrastructure consisting of various EMC Enterprise Arrays and, NetApp, XtremeIO, Brocade Switches and CVO in Azure and Isilon Clusters.
Day-to-day actives include standard storage administration tasks of allocating/de-allocating storage, replication, fabric zoning, storage migrations, troubleshooting, creating/reviewing/implementing Change Requests, code upgrades, working with vendors, interacting with end users, break/fix activities, automation, documentation, and other tasks as needed.
Work on Stay current activities to keep the Environment upto date with code upgrades etc for SAN and NAS
Work on NDM migrations for migrating from VMAX to PMAX
Proficient knowledge in design techniques, and optimization of Storage technologies.
Root cause Analysis for MI related to Storage issues in various environments (Win & Linux/Unix)
Use automation to enable Self Service of Storage
Provide quick and efficient solution for the end user problems related to Storage.
Drive multiple projects and stakeholder management, reporting & dashboards

Who are we looking for?
Minimum 7- years of experience in Configure Implement, Administration and Monitor Enterprise Storage infrastructure in a Enterprise Space.
Proficient in Pure (All models), EMC VMAX, PMAX, Unity, VNX, XtremIO, NetApp C mode, Isilon Architecture Brocade Enterprise switches.
Good hands-on experience on NetApp files & CVO in Azure.
Worked on Deduplication/ Encryption / Replication / Reclamation / Migration / Snapshot / Retentions.
Good Experience in automating daily tasks utilizing any of the scripting languages like Python, PowerShell or any other relevant tools
Basic troubleshooting knowledge in Unix and windows platform.
Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence
Flexibility to work in 16/7 shifts (no night shifts) and on holidays and weekends
Ability to work in ambiguous work environment with global team setup
Experience working in feature crew model, knowledge of Agile framework
Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information science or related field
