Responsibilities
Custom Order entry – using internal tools/online
Request for estimation -using internal tools/online
Raise queries to sales rep regarding submitted orders – raise tickets on third party platforms like Zendesk and JIRA
Order tracking – use internal tools and dashboard to monitor progress on submitted orders.
Create Menu books and parts – using internal tools
Menu content type-out – create word files with 100% accuracy
Report/Dashboard creation in excel
Requirements
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi
Well versed in use of Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willing to work in rotational Shifts. 24*7
Tech-savvy with an ability to learn and work in multiple systems simultaneously
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
This role is located in our Noida, India office.
