Job Description
Liaise with the various insurance account teams to brief, orient, and onboard them on the Managed innovation program
Build bespoke innovation plans based on account inputs, account landscape, industry developments and client imperatives
Innovation champion: aiding the Innovation strategist in the successful execution of CTIO Function deliverables listed in the Innovation roadmap to Insurance client.
Architecture governance: operational management of key tasks as assigned by CTIO in a prompt and efficient manner.
Ideate & devise Innovation Propositions solving critical business challenges using disruptive technologies viz. Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning & Machine Learning, and understanding the commercial viability of these offerings specifically for Insurance sector clients
Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for customers in a fast-paced environment leveraging Design Sprints & subsequently generating direct revenue for the Business Innovation Hub
Coordinating & engaging with technology & business stakeholders regularly in Cross-SBU Ideation sessions & Innovation workshops to generate ideas and problem statements & further develop Proof of concepts & Proof of value
Primary Skills
Sound domain knowledge of Insurance sector
Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation
Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiatives variants
Perform with innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work
Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process
Design, research, develop, analyze and suggest new marketing concepts as well as strategies
Manage prime team functions and activities for strategic direction
Robust communication skills, ability to articulate point of view effectively and engage client
Ability to multitask, prioritize relevant objectives, and ensure project completion
Strong people skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders and cross functional teams for delivering results
Secondary Skills
Virtual Collaboration tools(Klaxoon ,Mural, Poly, Mentimeter)
Domain Knowledge (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth Management)
Basic Knowledge of disruptive technologies (IoT, Blockchain, Automation, Data Analytics, AR/VR)

Facilitation/public speaking skills
Knowledge of Design Thinking and similar thought frameworks
