General Summary:
The ERP Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support. The products produced by the Senior Developer broadly apply to application customizations and enhancements, integration and interfaces, conversions, reporting and business/technical automated workflows. Possesses a functional business process knowledge in one or more areas of Finance.
Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concept, high quality customer interactions and reflects the Providence Health & Services mission, vision (know me, care for me, ease my way) and core values of; respect, compassion, justice, excellence and stewardship.
Skills Required:
Experienced in Oracle ERP Cloud Applications.
Experience as systems analyst developer including at least two years of implementing or supporting ERP applications like Finance two or more of these business application modules areas preferred.
Experience with designing solution, doing fit gap analysis, configuring or doing setups in different fiancé module and drafting TFS documents.

Skills preferred:
Required to have at least 1 or 2 full life cycle implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules
Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
Experience with executing implementation strategy, capturing business requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents and drafting solution
Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
Developing end-user documentation and training materials and delivering end-user training.
End-end Functional and Integration testing of various application modules and custom designed components.
Analyzing feasibility and impact of various Enhancements/Change Requirements (CRs) on existing configurations, before implementing the same
Preparing functional Test Cases and Scenario documents for any enhancements or new development.
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience developing Cloud ERP solution designs and ability to configure solutions that are scalable, agile and high performing
Experience in implementing any of modules in Oracle ERP, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Receivables, Cash Managements, Projects, Grants Management, Fixed Assets and Leases
Experience is technical skills like BIP Reports, OTBI, FRS reports, conversions (FBDI, ADFdi), workflows, security (Data Access) and payments templates.
Certifications in any Oracle ERP Cloud module is a huge plus

Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as domain expert providing best-practice guidance on intercompany business processes and implementation approaches.
Assist with defining Scope and estimates for new project or builds.
Understand business requirements and should be able to convert into system configurations in Oracle modules and bring in diverse perspectives.
Ability to gather requirements, do fit-gap analysis, Impact analysis and design solutions
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Draft and review the functional specification documents.
Conduct and attend internal trainings and workshops.
Lead the project team to ensure that the end to end design and delivered solution meets business and data requirements
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate teamwork with multidisciplinary group, building and reaching consensus; agreeing upon a course of action where there are multiple perspectives.
Demonstrates outstanding organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage shifting priorities.
Escalates critical issues, problems or delays in production, projects or any other issues that has an impact on the customer.
Actively participates in optimizing processes and leads initiatives to improve service delivery, increase value and promote customer service.
Maintains the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable applications and process that support the growth and financial objectives of Providence St. Joseph Health.
Teams with the business and other IS disciplines to develop and maintain appropriate disaster recovery architecture, projects, and policies and participates in disaster drills for applications
Involved in the implementation and ongoing daily support of business applications.
Work very closely with the organization’s Finance departments, vendors and contractors, and other IS caregivers to implement and maintain these applications.
Assist business partners with business requirements gathering and test planning including the creation of comprehensive end to end test plans.
Consult with functional departments to identify necessary definition or changes to systems.
Coordinate with other IT areas who are responsible for file transfers, security administration, reporting, databases and other functions.
Help investigate and resolve system functional and technical errors. Troubleshoot on systems and data, and generate solutions which may include systems modifications enhancements or new procedures.
Identify and analyze operational and systems issues and opportunities and produce effective solutions
Interpret and apply complex technical instructions and specifications.
