Job Role: Sr. Manager – Marketing Operations
Years of Experience required: 8-10 Years
Work Location: Gurgaon
We are looking for an experienced marketing technology and operations professional to join our marketing team. As we scale our marketing technology infrastructure, this role will be critical in bringing together our marketing systems, data and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Build, operate and manage our marketing technology stack including HubSpot, DemandBase, Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, etc. – configure system functionality, manage data flows, drive user training, adoption and support, set-up reports and dashboards for leadership review, etc.
Set-up, execute, analyze and optimize multi-channel campaigns (involves running email campaigns, setting up landing pages, building tracking strategies, testing, etc.)
Measure and report performance of all marketing programs, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Product owner as well as administrator for the marketing tech stack –
Configure and maintain integration between key marketing systems – Salesforce.com, DemandBase, HubSpot, GotoWebinar, Zapier, etc.
Set-up and optimize marketing funnel stages, lead scoring, lead routing, ensuring seamless visibility and tracking of demandgen programs
Set-up analytics for tracking campaign performance, source attribution, etc. and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Work with cross-functional leadership to understand business requirements for marketing execution and reporting, and implement creative solutions to meet the intended goals
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging marketing technologies

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS / WHAT IT TAKES FOR SUCCESS:
8-10 years of demonstrated experience in marketing technology and operations for global B2B businesses
Deep experience of running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
Strong experience with marketing automation (ideally HubSpot), ABM (ideally DemandBase) and CRM (Salesforce.com)
Salesforce admin certification is a big plus
Thorough understanding of inbound marketing, funnel tracking and reporting, lead scoring, attribution analysis, etc.
Strong understanding of data privacy and email marketing regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking is critical to this role
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Good understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mouse Flow
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing technology
