About the Role

Brand Razorpay is now “top of mind” for any Small & Medium business in India
looking for payment solutions. We are looking for a marketer to drive our
Payments Brand forward and to help us craft beautiful propositions , reach new
audiences, drive awareness, recall and salience through our marketing channels.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Ideate, collaborate and drive rigorous execution against marketing strategy
Drive brand marketing efforts across campaigns, social media, content &


Ideate & execute against viral & creative campaign ideas.
Present data-backed post-mortems of campaign performance.
Work with external agency partners, internal channel marketing, design

teams in ensuring execution conformance.

Work collaboratively with the social media & product marketing teams in

planning, executing new product launch GTMs to drive customer engagement,
acquisition and brand buzz.

Minimum requirements

2-3 years of overall marketing experience.
Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work

with cross-functional counterparts.

Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future

needs and drive results.
