The Marketing function is responsible for developing crisp, differentiated, and compelling positioning and key messaging for Experian products and services, bringing those messages into the market to drive awareness for Experian Marketing Services.
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for building a cohesive content marketing strategy. The content strategy creates and curates the best content from across Experian Marketing Services to drive an audience-centric, cohesive content plan in a strategy that advances business objectives across channels including thought leadership, whitepapers, blogs, case studies and outbound marketing campaigns.
The candidate must have a commanding understanding of marketing, advertising and marketing technology landscapes, with direct experience in content creation, campaign planning and strategy, strategic and marketing analytics.
We’re looking for a passionate, collaborative content marketer with exceptional writing, editing, creative and communications skills.
Preferred qualifications:
5+ years in marketing communications and content creation
Experience in writing and publishing impactful content (emails, social posts, blogs, articles, internal/external presentations, speech writing),
Passion for taking complex information and translating it into compelling stories for B2B audience
Artful with words and passionate about creating compelling stories
Analytical and creative when it comes to turning data-driven insights into powerful storytelling
Acts like an owner; has a general “get stuff done” mentality
Ability to influence executive partners in a fast-moving yet matrixed / cross-functional organization
Experience with various content distribution channels and content management platforms
Exceptional attention to detail
During this pandemic, all Tapad/Experian employees are working remotely. Once it’s safe to do so, we’ll slowly return to our offices; however, we are in no rush to do this. The safety of our employees is of utmost importance.

Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan that is on brand and meets business objectives
Create and oversee editorial guidelines to ensure that content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone
Use audience insights, personas, messaging themes, campaign plans, competitive information, and content performance analytics to build a content marketing strategy and editorial calendar
Perform strategic mapping of content to audience journeys and ongoing journey gap analysis of the content inventory and its ability to support content strategy and campaign requirements
Create a steady stream of assets that can be leveraged across various channels and use cases — for example, a research report complemented by an infographic, blog post, video, executive summary, and webinar
Develop content briefs to help gather information needed to optimize asset creation, performance, and measurement
Provide operational support for content strategy and creation, managing the content calendar, workflows, dependencies, and deadlines
Contribute to overall content lifecycle management, from creation and editing through approvals, publishing/activation, auditing, measurement, curation, and maintenance
Conduct tracking, reporting, and investment analysis, deriving insights that inform content program planning
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 5 – 6 years in Marketing Communications and Content Creation( Required )
Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree( Required )
Proficient in English( Required )
