Candidate should possess 8 to 12 years of work experience in BFSI domain. BPO back office environment preferably in the Retirement process supporting international clients. Should possess strong exposure into Retirement Pension Service Experience of leading teams at least of 50 associates or more across multiple locations Must front end with customer / vendor management teams across various initiatives & problem solving Participate in brainstorming session with Team Leaders and SMEs to help them identify the process efficiency Hands on experience to ensure associate TAT compliance / quality within the deliverables Execute improvement initiatives defined by the Black Belt / ISU teams Complaint to follow Information Security guidelines Good hands on people management skills, Customer service orientation and High Learning agility Must be flexible with night shifts.
