Key responsibilitiesProspect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities to generate new business.Is accountable for managing all aspects of the operation and for ensuring that the management is kept current and informed on all aspects of the laboratory activities that have any direct or indirect impact on financial, customer service, quality and H&SCreate engaging and focused ad campaigns to drive targeted growthRepresent the business to clients, peers and employees and act with professionalism at all times (verbal, email correspondence).Ensures that company policies are followed and understood by all personnel.Monitors and reports weekly highlights, monthly revenue predictions, production status (i.e. # samples processed/personnel, Revenue/personnel, KPIs).Maintains laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards; developing operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures; ensuring staff compliance; certifying instrument performance; arranging equipment replacement, service, and repair.Implements new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures by investigating alternatives; preparing proposals; developing and performing parallel testing; monitoring progressWe’re looking for a candidate whoMust have worked in a laboratory facility atleast for 1 yearsMust be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner.Ability to work well with others & independently.Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.Is good with handling dataIs open to experiment and implement innovative strategies to grow the businessCan take ownership of work and deliverIs fluent in EnglishWork Location: No 10/1032, ORI Salai, Mogappair East, Chennai – 600 037Candidates in and around Mogappair is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹9,361.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Lab Operations: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
