Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) “• Will be responsible for sales trainings and set up of various processes. Will be responsible to drive change in processes to field and call center • Understanding the system and metrics used for credit cards product and their regular tracking. • Providing sales assistance by issue resolution call center monitoring incentive processing etc. • Handle all customer service issues that are raised to product teams • Interaction with partners on various credit card related developments meetings process setup etc. • Regular updating to all stakeholders on new initiatives being developed and future plan • Continuously creating new plans for new initiatives for business development 3. Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications CA / post-graduate MBA b) High process & sales orientation c) Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint d) Good interpersonal skills
