Full Job Description :-
Delivery of the regionally CapEx program as a member of the Global Engineering Team.
Implement and maintains the Global Engineering strategy within the company
Support the Global Engineering in planning and managing project priorities for their region in line with the region’s growth ambitions
Supports projects within the region to ensure they are properly planned, executed safely, OTIF, strictly within budget, and successfully handed over to the respective Sourcing Unit team.
Supports the implementation of the CMMS ,Assets management ,Reliability & Sustainability program.
Supports life cycle management program for DCS , PLC & SCADA system in all sites.
Instrumentation – All sites Calibration & Maintenance SOP integration with Global engineering.
Carries the responsibility to ensure the delivery of the projects within s/he scopes no matter which region via the locally based Global Engineering team, Central Global Engineering, or EPCM’s pending the feasibility and urgency of the project.
Provides input and approval on the capital proposals for the region.
Responsible for ensuring due diligence and compliance of the projects within the region with Engineering and QA standards as well as the application of specific local obligations
Continuously strives to find the latest technologies and methods to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity of the global Supply Chain assets and Global Engineering organization
Takes personal responsibility for safety and a healthy environment on the projects and demonstrating this by example.
Contributes to Leading and developing the engineering talent within the organization and region.
Builds durable relationships via procurement with preferred suppliers and contractors to ensure reliability and cost optimization.
Should be a highly motivated and competitive professional with dynamic engineering skills in API & Injectable Pharma sector.
Hands on experience in Industry 4.0 & Drive IOT.
Coordinates project execution activities to ensure that all Instrumentation and control projects (DCS / PLC )are implemented within budget and schedule.
Proficient with the use of Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) & digital project delivery tools is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of all applicable Instrumentation engineering codes, standards and acceptable industry practices
Ensure works are engineered and constructed in compliance with all HSE requirements
Technically astute with all aspects of control and instrumentation (design basis to P&ID developments, field instrumentation, control and safety systems, etc.
Strong knowledge of Computerized Systems, Compliance regulations and standards , 21CFR Part 11 & EU.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION:
B Tech /B.Eng. in Instrumentation & Control.
EXPERIENCE:
12-15 years of relevant experience in the area of Instrumentation & Automation at Pharma/Corporate/Consulting firm. Preferred experience Global engineering dept.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong communication skills,
Ability to build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders
Analytical with strong commend over CMMS software ,MS Project ,MS Excel & MS power point.
Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.
Ability to organize their work, plan well and prioritize based on impact on work
Action-oriented and results-driven
