Rules and responsibilities of TAsR*ules: *1. TA should attend all the sessions of their experts as per the schedule. Also the schedule for students tasks viz. Exams, reverse presentations, quiz, soft skills, mock interviews etc. Needs to be arranged and maintained.2. Be ready with all assignments, test papers and day wise schedule of that Module/Subject before starting of the sessions.3. TA should not break the teaching schedule. In any case if it requires, take the permission of an authority.4. One phone call to the expert for doubts twice in a month. (Applicable in the case of Web Ex faculty). In case of in presence expert, working with5. Evaluation of the assignments / tutorials / papers should be done in next 3 days. . During evaluation, proper counselling of the students also is done. Proper status reporting needs to be done every week to respective authority.6. One meeting with respective authority in a week need be done and discussion for the quality of the program be discussed.Duties: 1. Maintaining all the records for the students in specific format – one general sheet, assignment marks and skill list, doubt solving xls, etc.2. Record each session and make them available to students within 24 hours.3. Make busy schedule for students. They should spend maximum time at the centre. There should be an upper bound deadline. They should have enough work for whole day.4. Solve all the assignments ahead of the students at least before 1 week.5. Visit and stay in lab duration compulsory. Discuss the questions and check students understanding as per the schedule.6. Counselling should be done only for specific students. For rest of them, it is done at the same time of checking the assignments. This should be done on regular basis.7. TA should take care and co ordinate soft skill sessions as well as per the schedule.8. Mock interviews should be conducted at the regular interval of time for SEP as per the schedule.9. Prepare Skill Matrix and counselling report as per the format and share it with the stake holders (Expert + eiTRA Head + Students). This is along with the topics covered/slippages, doubt solving xls., attendance of students, highlighted students in both right and wrong direction and requirement of their subject if any at the end of every week.Tasks: 1. Give them full access of Assignments and materials in advance on Moodle at the starting of each batch and make sure that every student has the access of moodle and googlegroup.2. TA should manage the schedule of respective experts including the WebEx invitation as per the schedule.3. Every assignment/Tutorial/Lab should have a deadline and make sure that students are practicing enough and matching up with deadlines. Evaluation of the work to be done on daily basis.4. Make notes for all important points and all questions experts ask to the students during sessions. Make doubt solving xls shared among all the students and expert on the same day. This should be done for every session.5. Revisit the recorded sessions and summarize the same for trainees after 3-4 hrs of session conducted.6. Summarize the webex sessions for the students after they also go through recorded sessions.7. Maintain xls for topics covered and doubts as per the format for every session.8.
