LOCATION: CalicutDELIVERABLES Distributor Managemento Identify Distributors and appoint them as approved by Zonal SalesManagero Manage the distributor stock inventoryo Ensure FIFO system is being followed at the distribution levelo Manage and control Distribution Appointment attrition Sales Team Managemento Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the salesteam.o Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.o Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivatingmembers to meet or exceed sales targets.o Route/beat plans for distributors and sales executiveo Manage and lead Field Sales Representatives, conduct sales territoryanalyses.o Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, andface-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.o Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales teamin identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects. Otherso Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.o Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to seniormanagement.o Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assignedsales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.o Monitor Damage control and stock rotationo Own targets for Super market, Whole sale, Retail & Institutionbusinesses in the allocated areao Ensure 100% utilization of the Scheme, Scheme submissionefficiency on time, To ensure 100% product realisationo Ensure effective Utilisation of promo materials providedo Get market insights from the ground and update to seniormanagement on a timely basiso Ensure proper stacking of our product by packed check & maintainproduct display visible to customerso Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer baseo Be updated about products and competitors.MODE OF WORKING: Field work + ReportingTRAVEL REQUIREMENT:CANDIDATE PROFILEThe right candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with 5 or more years’experience in Food FMCG Sales; must have managed not less than 3 memberteam and have good knowledge about the category and the district.He/she must be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal and communicationskills. Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a team are desired.
