Job BriefWe are currently hiring a Assistant Manager – Social Media / Digital Marketing to execute the company’s digital marketing campaigns. Maintain and grow our social communities and identify opportunities for the future.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow our social communities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and YouTube and identify opportunities for the future.Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily to build customer engagement and awareness across all platformsEdit, proofread, and optimize content contributors’ posts including videos and graphics to ensure brand, voice, and campaign consistencyMonitor and respond in a timely manner to mentions, executive mentions, and customer comments across social media platformsAnalyze channel traffic, engagement and sentiment through monitoring tools and report on performance metrics with clear, actionable insights.Maintain and enhance procedures and best practices to effectively use social tools and community guidelinesMonitor trends in social media and make recommendations on growing engagement, expanding or exiting social media platformsDevelopment and execution of content strategies for organic and paid social media in different DomainsManage the day-to-day activities of the social media program including content development, community management, social listening, and metrics reporting.CREDAI 365 portal daily tracking and analysis.SkillDomain knowledge and technical expertise to handle both training projects and live projects.Research to develop the most updated training curriculum by incorporating the ongoing changes and update in the field of digital marketing.Content Strategy- Create and deliver an annual content strategy across all channels in partnership with members of the communications and marketing teamResearch and design content strategies to deliver measurable results to meet business objectivesLeverage our master calendar to ensure content is produced on schedule and on budget and delivers results to meet business objectives.Optimize online content according to best practicesUse platform analytics and reporting tools to analyze user engagement and generate reports to share with key stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with online content development strategies to share with team members and generate new ideas to increase customer engagementRequirementsExperience 3 years or more in relevant Social Media MarketingDemonstrate interest in social media and how media and communication strategies can continuously engage the online community.Strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.Understanding client requirements and designing strategies fulfilling the requirements.Exceptional writing and editing skills.Must have Creative marketing skills & Strong social media marketing skills. Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc. to coordinate content, design, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Social media marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
