Online Participation of Indian Railways Tenders, Keeping Track of EMD, SD, PG & maintain records of each LOA/ PO in the ERP, tendering, negotiations, Follow-up with railway accounts office & do independent correspondence with thru email and letters, MIS, Back office operation experience to handle back office responsibilities, Invoicing& Dispatches, EMD, PG,SD., maintain database, Documentation & Filing, Equipment Status, PO order for LOA rcvd update, DP Extension.
Job Description
Knowledge of railway accounts, tendering, negotiations, Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance of work & Maintain relationships with customers and railway officers.
Skills:
Good Knowledge of Excel, MS office, email, internet, letter drafting /mail drafting
Good communication skills
Good in database management
Good in Follow-up’s
Education – Any Graduate
Job location – Mumbai (Vile Parle)
