5-7 years of proven working experience in digital marketing focussing on performance marketing in a high growth start up culture
Self-starter, high ownership & ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
Data driven and great analytical skills who finds out of the box solutions in the function of marketing
Someone who is great with people and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
Highly creative to find the right platform, ideas and ways to drive business

Functional Attributes:
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webmaster and other advanced analytical tools)
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and technologies – Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin & affiliates.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Develop state-of-the-art digital marketing strategies for lead generation and customer engagement across platforms with a focus on business impact
Performance Marketing including ideation, execution and reporting of performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media with the team
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Identify top channels and running organic experiments to drive growth
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for all company led marketing initiatives
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
