Job Title: Global PMO Process & Training Manager
Location: Chennai, India
Working with Global PMO leaders and stakeholders, the Global PMO Process & Training Manager is responsible for:
Managing the Global PMO pursuit-to-cash processes and templates
Developing training and communications to support the Global PMO processes, tools, and Digital Project Execution initiatives
Developing and managing Global PMO communications, portal site, and project repository
Work with the Digital Project Execution Director, Global PMO leads, and world area PMO organizations to analyse current processes and tools to identify opportunities for improvements across the project process from pursuit to cash.
Be responsible for maintaining the Global PMO portal and project repository, FishWeb sites, processes, and templates.
Analyse, gain stakeholder consensus, and develop or update price book or other offerings related to project and order management.
Support Digital Project Execution initiatives by working with the initiative Program Managers and stakeholders to develop and execute organizational change plans to support implementation and monitor and increase user adoption.
Develop training programs, courses, and materials to train global stakeholders on the processes and tools (current and new).
Manage training delivery, including providing in-person and remote training, coaching, and managing online training in the Global Learning Center.
Identify innovative and creative solutions for developing and delivering training to a global user base.
Provide support for Global PMO managed tools as it relates to ongoing training, user guides, and continuous improvement.
Work with Global PMO leaders and stakeholders to develop communications on process improvements; tool implementations, updates, and enhancements; training opportunities; etc.
Develop, track and report metrics on the quote-to-cash processes and results.
Work with Global PMO leaders and stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities, analyse requirements, and prioritise initiatives based on cost-benefit analysis and ROI.
Promote and report impact of process and training on business processes and efficiency gains achieved.
Directly manage a staff member supporting work on the process, training, and communications.
Maintain the record of work done.
University Degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, Training, Information Management or similar
Minimum 8 years of relevant knowledge & experience
Working experience across Flow Controls project execution process
Ability to understand software and tools and how they are used to support business processes
Experience leading and managing dynamic teams
Ability to introduce, analyse, and execute ideas, processes, and procedures
Experience with training concepts and developing training plans and materials
Experience developing and delivering professional and effective communications and training
Great collaboration skills with a professional and positive attitude
Ability to coach teams to reach their highest potential
Excellent English communication skills – including verbal, written, white boarding, and presentation
Excellent organization & time management skills
Experience with the Flow Controls Global PMO processes and tools
Lean and process improvement experience
Experience with organizational change concepts and developing plans
