The Role Responsibilities
Work with existing team members to ensure needs are fulfilled on an ongoing basis. Specifically:
Manage CDD team towards delivery against agreed KPI’s and KRI’s
Ensure renewals and new to bank business are dealt with on a timely basis with utmost quality
Prioritise workload on a risk basis to ensure effective completion
Establish and develop effective working relationship with stakeholders
Ensure all policy/procedures/process gaps are highlighted and resolved through SME’s.
Ensure staffs are adequately trained on the policy& procedures
Support and drive any operational excellence initiatives
Proactively plan capacity by forecasting volume and measuring cycle time
Our Ideal Candidate
A focussed individual who is an excellent communicator with good team skills, who has the ability to influence others by showing initiative and creativity.
7-10 years’ experience in Financial Services Industry with relevant experience in managing teams.
Understanding of the Financial Services and its various underlying products.
Understanding of the CIC and Customer Relationships business generally.
Previous Leadership experience a must.
Experience in AML domain desirable.
Problem Solving Skills – ability to think ‘Out of the Box’ and independently work around issues that arise from time to time.
Knowledge of the CDD/eCDD systems and processes and of the different requirements of certain countries desirable.
