Full Job Description :-
Position : Receptionist – cum – Office Assistant
Location : Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Department : Administrative
Functional Area : Front Office
Job Responsibilities will be:
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence.
Receiving Couriers, Parcels & Packages and distributing them to the right person
Check, sort and forward emails
Maintain updated records and files
Assist Admin Manager as and when required
Serve as Office Assistant
Maintains security by following procedures
Do travel bookings and travel arrangements, schedules etc.
Maintaining and Monitoring logbook.
Operates tele-communication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for
house phone and console operation.
Ensures to maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures,
rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time

Qualification: Higher Secondary/Any Graduate

Preferable – Vocational Course, Diploma, Professional Degree,
Experience: 2 – 4 years
Other Requirements:
Smart with Pleasant Personality
Professionalism & Ethics
Familiarity with phone systems
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Should have the ability to handle Foreign Visitors
Knowledge of office management and basic record keeping
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Customer Focus
Listening Patience
Able to handle Pressure
