Global Banking & Markets division serves mid- to large-sized corporations and institutional clients worldwide. Aligned with these client-facing groups are Global Capital Markets and Global Research. The Global Markets Operations Technology (GMOT) is a portfolio under the Global Markets portfolio. The portfolio is responsible for designing, building and maintaining high performing software systems for middle office and back office systems that are used by the Global Markets users globally.
GMOT Business Management Role. The portfolio is responsible for designing, building and maintaining high performing software systems for middle office and back office systems that are used by the Global Markets users globally.
Lead or assist project management oversight for key initiatives.
Create “world class presentation” for the Executive Management ( in Weekly/monthly/town halls/off-site/leadership meetings)
Responsible for the LOBs forecast, budget management, variance analysis for headcounts/financials.
Partner with HR/Staffing on people related metrics and driving associated programs.
Establish strong working relationships will all business partners through the organization.
Demonstrated experience with performing analytics on large data sets and summarizing the data into a succinct communication for SLT consumption.
Forecast/Planning Experience. Has ability to interpret and process financial information for monthly actuals and forecast, across multiple lines of business. Generate reports obtaining data from various sources/lines of business in the following categories: Budgeting, Monthly P&L, Forecasting, Resource/Headcount Analysis.
Manage and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and COO’s from multiple LOBs. Present results of monthly financial budget and forecasting analyses. Articulate variances and collaborate with stakeholders to produce and execute mitigation plans.
Define, analyze, simplify and document business requirements. Translate requirements into an actionable work plan to improve upon existing business processes
There are a lot of adhoc work that is requested from the GBS COO team and also from the Global COO team. Should be able to support any kind of requests on data requirements or in any number crunching.
Education: B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA/MBA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
Certification if any- NA
Experience Range: 6-8 yrs
