Job Title: Treasury Manager
About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Treasury Manager to join our Finance team.Reporting to the CFO, the objective of this role is to compile, provide and manage day to day financial transactions in order to provide forward looking financial information.
This is a key position having greater responsibility of supporting company stakeholders with their financial decision process.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting of financial transactions and bank reconciliations.
Preparing disbursement runs.
Monitoring customer receivables and other liquid assets.
Managing monthly financial transaction calendar.
Cashflow forecasting and daily cash monitoring.
Financial budgeting & actuals monitoring.
P&L, Balance Sheet & Statement of Cashflows compiling & analysis.
Seeing & confirming emerging business requirements impacting finance.
Determining how to best update the financial and related software enabling the emerging business requirements.
Knowledge and Expertise:
Minimum 8 years of experience working in similar analytical and/or controllership position with similar outputs.
Experience in Group Insurance Industry preferable but not mandatory. Candidate from life and health insurance industry will be a big plus.
Proficient with using cloud-based/Web-based information systems.
Experience in Project Accounting will be preferred.
Exposure to ERP/CRM Environment and Data Warehouse experience will be a plus.
Experience in cloud-based Office 365 including Sharepoint.
French language skill will have edge over the other candidates.
Effective at working remotely with stakeholders in an emerging business environment.
Highly rigorous working standards and detail oriented.
Good Analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills.
Should be process oriented and must follow the accounting rules and standards.
Result oriented.
Flexible with time management and working hours. Should be willing to go extra mile.
