About The Role
As an Associate Director Innovation & Product Management, you will be a part of Concentrix Innovation HUB. You will be responsible to manage a portfolio of IT Products / Solutions as a Business Solutions Manager. You will liaison with the IT Solution Managers to ensure continuous improvement of CNX IT Products / Solutions. You will monitor user feedback, finalize product roadmap, monitor product backlogs vis a vis product roadmap. You will also be responsible for conducting geo wide Tech Gap assessments and identify critical tech gaps.

Concentrix Associate Director Innovation & Product Management works proactively with internal and external stakeholder and deliver on innovative solutions like Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots, AI enabled advisor assist, QA Automation, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, etc. You will be a trusted business advisor & change agent, responsible for working with internal and external stakeholder to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement or knowledge. You’ll use best practices, benchmarking, and consultative tools to identify, align and change the factors that affect organizational performance, stability, and teaming, to develop comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations.
Requirements
Overall 15+ years of experience with at least 10+ years on experience in BPS / CX industry 5+ year of experience in product management Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Service & CX business & associated channels Strong expertise in industries/domains like Automotive; BFSI; Consumer Electronics; Energy and Public Sector; Healthcare Services; Insurance, Media & Communications; Retail & eCommerce; Technology; and Travel, Transportation & Tourism Strong understanding of tech like RPA, AI enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc), Speech & Text Analytics, etc.
Expertise in conducting Process Discoveries & write Process Design Documents
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science required; Master’s degree preferred Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle process (SDLC) Scrum Master Certification / Scrum Product Owner Certification Very good understanding of Organization Change Management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Very strong internal and external stakeholder management Strong Power Point and Excel skills
Ability to work with cross functional teams Ability to travel up to 25%
