Job Title : Business Development Manager – Consumer Tech
Experience : 1 – 3 years
Job location : Pune
Core Responsibilities :
Research and Analysis skills to identify potential Consumer Durable & E-commerce partners & merchants and identify their requirements.
Getting presales with the merchants to pitch suitable products to merchants and commercials based on risk.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
Work on marketing tools to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements
Negotiate, follow up and close deals with both legal teams for quick go live.
Handhold and stabilize the Merchant team for the initial stages of the partnership.
Set strategies & build pipelines as per the business plan.
Preference and Experience :
Proficient in communication and coordination as well as follow up skills.
Will need to travel to merchant locations.
Flexible to be responsive over the weekends.
Strong command over market research and analysis.
Sound presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience in Business growth in Consumer Durables, E-Commerce or Payment Gateway companies.
Academic qualifications :
Graduate with Sales Experience /MBA preferred.
