A passionate, driven and enterprising individual who will relish the opportunity to build, strengthen and lead long-term client relationships for our company to be based out of Chennai. As a Manager – Business Development, your role will require you to be a strategic thinker, go-getter, multi-tasker and above all a pro at closing deals!
Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, lead negotiations and work with our internal experts to understand and provide customized solutions to clients. You will work cohesively with various stakeholders to propel the rapidly growing business to the next phase.
Build and add value to clientele of the company.
Create and execute winning business development strategies for new and existing clients
Identify opportunities, propose solutions to Existing Customers in consultations with the technical / operational teams
Develop and manage a strong pipeline database by identifying and generating leads as well as cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate Existing Customers for entire service portfolio of organization.
Secure new business deals, develop and negotiate contracts, integrate contract requirements with business operations
Build relationship with decision-makers at Clients site and potential Existing customers.
Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow company key relationships
Understand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunities
Understand product and competitive products to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for a long-term relationship
Provide insightful and accurate business forecasts.
Develop strategic partnerships with key third-party influencers
Deliver high impact presentations and support the development and presentation of solutions/proposals
Effectively engage and influence executives across lower levels to achieve the targets.
Should have leadership skills and a good motivator.
Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Delivery Resource teams to close complex opportunities

Required Candidate profile
Qualifications
3+ years of direct experience in selling diversified IT services off-shore / on-shore
Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
Should be able to work Independently and as a team.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve/tackle challenges in a timely manner
Strong reputation of success in IT services Sales,Client Management and Delivery.
Good listening, negotiation, presentation and people management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM software’s
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to address both business and technical audience
