Job Purpose

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – “1. Would be responsible for managing FD Operations and ensure timely processing of FD & Mutual fund applications received at branch. 2. Implement robust delivery model. Identify process gaps and ensure implantation of process controls with adequate controls on cost. 3. Need to ensure excellent quality of FDR (Fixed Deposit Receipt) print & timely FDR dispatch to customer 4. Ensure adherence to procedures and guidelines tight controls on processes and policies. 5. Need to implement robust QC process at branches to identify and control errors at branch level 6. Need to ensure proper coordination with sales team and raising all the concerns identify by branch ops team for resolution 7. Ensure achievement of defined SLAs & maintain consistency on service levels 8. Ensure minimum defects in the QC check done by back office team 9. Timely resolution of QC hold cases identified by back office team 10. Daily monitoring of end to end process for respective branches 11. Need to have proper engagement with team on frequent basis & address concerns raised by the team on timely manner 12. Monthly branch visits for respective branches as per defined frequency. 13. Need to ensure adherence of branch visit frequency for assigned area managers 14. Fulfilling training needs of employee basis gaps / issues identified through multiple modes – QC check Customer complaints SLA performance & stakeholder escalations 15. Need to ensure hiring of resources as per defined timelines. 16. Timely completion of training of new hires 17. Necessary infrastructure (System Workstation etc.) to be provided to new hire on timely basis. Need to coordinate with respective department / functions for fulfilling the requirement 18. Coordination with HO team and senior management to ensure timely closure of actionable & implementation of new processes/policies 19. Conduct monthly review with respective area managers and follow up on closure of action points 20. Participate in monthly reviews with Ops & vertical head and ensure timely closure of action points”

Required Qualifications and Experience
* “1. Should have 8-10 years’ experience, and minimum 3 years managing branch operations 2. Prior experience in managing investment products (FD & Mutual fund) is preferable 3. Should be a post graduate preferably 4. Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company. 5. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. 6. Self-motivated and a self-starter”
