Job Purpose
VIL’s MarTech team is focused to contribute to marketing programs at scale with highly structured data-driven approach that delivers Media & Conversion Efficiencies, and Optimisation of customer experience management practices.
As MarTech lead, s/he will be imparting in to MarTech Tools management & Utilization & working closely with Digital, Brand, Media, Marketing, CVM, Big Data, Technology Teams, Partners, Vendors to build data driven marketing programs
As a Martech lead s/he will have end to end ownership of all martech tools/platforms, will be responsible to assist business stakeholders in executing smart data-led campaigns for achieving business KPIs and driving the tech roadmap of marketing infrastructure at VIL

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Deliver data activation, data-driven marketing Practices using tools viz. CDP, DMP, Analytics, tag management, Personalization, App Notification, attribution or others
Collaborate with multiple business owners to convert their business needs into campaign use-cases/ideas as per platform capabilities. Participates in Campaign Ideation, Planning process, Impart strategy to define data/channel for best performance. Deliver Data Models, Cohorts & Campaigns driving multiple business KPIs on mobile app & website
Create/ Develop Marketing campaigns within the tools as per marketing requirements. Troubleshoot activities when campaign is not delivered as expected or irrelevant experience is delivered.
Analyses & optimizes the audience profiles, campaigns for performance – paid & owned media. Conduct Critical path flow, Conversion Funnel, Behavioural Analysis.
Conduct Data Audit of various Platforms, Segments & identify opportunities for richer segmentation, contextuality
Ingest data from App, Website, Data Lake or other source systems on-to various platforms and use it for actionable traits and segments. Manage the data lifecycle end-to-end
Provide state-of-the-art martech experience to rest of the organization. Stay up-to-date with latest martech trends, practices & drive the martech roadmap of the organization.
Drive the engagement with martech platform vendors – platform ROI, roadmaps, new opportunities/integrations & issue resolution
Identify martech related capability enhancements critical to the business growth and work with vendors, developers, IT and other stakeholders to enable high impact use cases.
Create platform experts within the team who can assist business to efficiently utilize the existing martech capabilities & also help develop new capabilities within the existing platforms

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Excellent understanding of the Online/Digital marketplace: trend awareness; industry best practices
Hands-on experience of setting up and end-to-end management of martech platforms
Must have familiarity with and knowledge of products and technology stacks in the MarTech space
Ability to design unique technical solutions for large enterprises to address their marketing needs

Must have technical / professional qualifications
MBA or other masters essential
4+ years of relevant experience using tools & technologies in Marketing & Promotional activities.
1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with Graduation preferably in Marketing or engineering (any stream)
