About the team: Recharges and Utilities is a core business for Paytm. It includes 20+ categories including mobile recharge, electricity bill payments, DTH recharge, cylinder booking, etc. It is a critical business to onboard, engage and retain users on Paytm.

About the role: The incumbent will be responsible for decoding user behavior and use the information to drive growth for the category.

Expectations Drive/Execute growth & marketing campaigns for our business, focused on key metrics: users/GMV/transactions for that business line Deploy successful marketing campaigns and take ownership right from ideation to implementation Segment customer base on various transactional/behavioral features & design effective ‘reach out’ programs for them in the form of these marketing campaigns Manage end to end consumer lifecycle management for the business vertical Work closely with Product Tech to drive funnel conversions, monitor drop offs and to suggest data backed features that can enrich user experience Experience with SQL and/or marketing automation engines to track and report on various metrics such as CTRs, CTAs Own competitor assessments and keep close tabs on industry trends to ensure correct marketing constructs to drive traffic and conversions
Skills that will help you succeed in this role 2-5 years of relevant experience in Consumer internet industry in similar roles across Growth Marketing Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills (preferably SQL) High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex negotiations and multiple stakeholders Prior experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
