Along the journey, we have built India’s largest agronomy advisory center, a highly engaged digital farmer network with over 5 million users, and a retail network of 1500+ stores. These channels, powered by technology, work in tandem to enable us to solve the problems faced by farmers at scale. And we are just getting started.

Funded by prominent investors like Chiratae Venture Partners, Aavishkaar Ventures, Accel Partners, Schroders Capital, Evolvence Group, Hero Enterprise, and CDC we are rapidly growing our agri-input platform and making strategic investments to solve other large farmer problems like market linkages and access to credit.

The Role: As Manager – Credit Operations, you will be responsible for:

Design and continuously improve existing and new business processes. This includes selecting the systems that support day-to-day operations; outlining process flows and defining operating rules and policies.
Become familiar with the regulatory environment and ensure compliance at all times.
Run day-to-day operations & ensure smooth coordination between Customers, internal teams & Lenders and lead its team by example. This requires keeping track of performance metrics, taking corrective actions, analyzing bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that bring process performance to the next level.
Manage the overall operational excellence, ensure outstanding customer experience & immediate resolution of escalations.
Managing the entire back-office processes implies overseeing a wide range of operational activities alongside managing customer relationships.
Prepare regular presentations on the overall status of lending and recovery.


4+ years of experience in a hyper-growth company
Exposure in the fintech space for 2 years or more
Able to multitask, cope with high-volume operations
A hands-on attitude, not afraid to get involved in front-line work in order to get the job done and better understand the business.
