Full Job Description :-
Valley Power Systems, Inc. is looking for a talented individual such as yourself to join our accounting team. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will take the lead and manage 1-2 AP staff, own/handle all Accounts Payable for the company as well as 2 other subsidiaries.
Responsibilities & Job Duties
Coordinate full cycle accounts payable as well as supervise a the Accounts Payable staff
Manage full month end close activities pertaining to prepaid, cash related entries, accruals, bank & account reconciliations, and flux analysis.
Maintain accurate data entry and AP workflow in system
1099 processing and other IRS compliance issues
Review and administer Concur expense reporting
Assist in developing policies and procedures
Review and prepare cash projections to ensure sufficient funds and monitoring expenses for day to day operations
Manage and own online credit card accounts and resolve issues
Assist with annual audit and quarterly reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor’ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
5+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role
Must have Oracle ERP (11i/r12/Fusion) experience
Strong Accounts Payable G/L and Accounting Experience
Excellent Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
