Website development and Maintenance· Conceptualizing creative ideas for website development· Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure· Testing and improving the design of the website· Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices· Maintaining backend payment gateway of the website· Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards· Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with our brandingB. Video development and Editing· Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer· Following a script, screenplay or outline· Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs· Inputting graphics to enhance footage· Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file· Improving and correcting lighting, colouring and faulty footage· Working closely with team to present a final product that matches organization’s requisiteEducational Qualifications: · Diploma/Graduate in relevant fields· 1 year of relevant experience is preferredRequired Competencies: · Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and video editing tools· Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, WordPress and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript· Good understanding of content management systems· Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles· Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues· Excellent visual design skills· Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards and technologiesRequired Soft skills: · Creative and open to new ideas· Adaptable, collaborative and willing to learn new techniques· Excellent communication skills· Attention to details· Self-starter and good organisational skillsRemuneration: Salary shall be at par with industry standardsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Worli, Mumbai – 400013, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
