MedRank is a comprehensive network of direct primary care providers and concierge medicine professionals who offer personalized healthcare and take a ‘whole person’ approach to medicine.
We are looking for a Digital Content and Social Media Specialist to support our expansion by developing innovative B2C content and strategy for our native blog, social media, and display campaigns. This person will play a critical role in the acquisition and retention of MedRank subscribers. Pending finding the right candidate, we are looking to hire quickly and for someone who can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Create compelling content that drives consumer engagement across multiple channels.
Working with the consumer marketing team, build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, and audience identification.
Responsible for planning and executing the MedRank social media editorial calendars to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and grow audiences.
Implement SEO best practices in conjunction with our SEO specialist to ensure copy is optimized for organic search.
Work directly with Creative Manager/ Graphic Designer to add visual elements to content, but also be able to generate static and video content independently.
Manage the content development process from ideation to final product: ideation, research and interviewing, writing, gathering, and implementing feedback.
Develop some traditional and B2B content to support field sales and manage other marketing projects including tradeshows/events as needed.

Requirements

BS/BA degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience developing marketing content for a technology, health, medical, or wellness service or product.
Engaging marketing storyteller with superb writing skills for producing original marketing copy as well as editing existing copy.
Social Media savvy with understanding of online engagement through creative writing.
Prior experience either professionally or personally managing social media accounts: Twitter, Youtube Shorts or TikTok, and WordPress or other website blog.
Must be confident in researching, interviewing, and self-educating on concierge, functional, integrative, and direct primary care medicine, as well as relevant health & wellness topics.
Visually creative and able to help layout landing pages, social media graphics, presentations, case studies, etc.
Able to meet deadlines while paying close attention to details.
Team player who loves to collaborate.
Should be creative, innovative, and flexible to be able to thrive in a fast-moving, start-up environment.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CRM, and email campaign platforms a plus.
Experience with SEO best practices and keyword placement a plus.

*This position is a part-time hire with a compensation amount TBD relative to the experience and demonstrated hard skills of the applicant. This role is intended to transition to a full-time engagement. Future possibility to earn stock options based on performance.
