Need the capability of learning our data structure quickly.Good Excel and PowerPoint skills. If PowerPoint skills not available, we need to introduce the resources to develop this skill.Distribute reports using Solver and Power BIBudgeting – Annual and periodic reforecasting using Power BI data on encounters, wRVUs, revenues, and collections. Currently, this is outside of Solver but will be builtSolver which should make this process easier to manage.Develop reports in Solver and Power BI presenting comparison data to drive operational outcomes.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform data analytics on the business intelligence platform, Power Bi and budgeting software, Solver.Must possess the ability to design and develop reports to analyze data in meaningful ways to disseminate among the Executive TeamFinancial modelling to enable data driven decision makingAbility to handle ad hoc time sensitive data requests in an unstructured environment where taking the lead in driving outcomes is criticalBudgeting and reforecasting using SolverDevelop reports in Power BI Desktop, understanding data structures and data modelsReport on operational and financial metrics, working with different stakeholders across the companyManage report distribution in Power BICreate Power Point decks as needed for senior leadershipWorking with data engineer to add or change data model as neededAbility to interface with accounting teamAnalyze location financials, and operational metrics to drive margin and process improvements.Develop Dashboards to provide timely feedback to operations to assist in managing to be stated metrics and goalsCommunicate with executive stakeholders, including extensive contact with general partners, lenders, intermediaries, and PSA staff, with a high level of sensitivity, diplomacy, and professionalism1FA – JD || FEB-2022Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From ₹600,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayNight shiftUS shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusApplication Question(s):Have you worked in Power BI and its reporting?Howmany years of experience in Budget preparation?Are You Expert in MS Excel, Word and PPT?Willing to work along with US Shift?Experience:Budgeting: 4 years (Preferred)POWER BI Reporting: 3 years (Preferred)Corporate finance: 6 years (Preferred)Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred)Overnight Shift (Preferred)
