The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast paced environment, enjoys working with a team and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.We are looking for an experienced marketing and sales executive with exposure and experience on high end and luxurious furniture and interior design sector. The candidate should be well turned out, bright and have full knowledge about this vertical/ interior design/furniture. Besides this side has to be passionate about work and have a network among the fraternity.Role and Responsibilities1. The Sales Executive is responsible to maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with the online marketing and operations department.2. The Sales Executive is expected to generate BOQs as per client requirement after a deep understanding of the project’s needs.3. Candidates are expected to have advanced knowledge of the interior design, furniture industry.4. .Candidates are expected to have an understanding of high value and luxury products marketing and sales strategies.5. Candidates are expected to know advanced interior design market and social media trends.6. Candidate are expertise in offline as well as basic knowledge of digital marketing.7. The Sales Executive is expected to generate BOQs as per client requirement after a deep understanding of the project’s needs.8. Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs9. Stay actively involved in the retail sales process of furnishing fabrics and home decor products.10. Establishing relations with the customers/clients in order to ensure continuous business and revenue.11. Be able to take follow up on the leads in pipeline and try and convert as many clients as possible.12. Responsible for offering best selection experience to all the clients.13. Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services14. Maintain sales targets15. Understand design by closely working with interior designers and suggest fabrics accordingly, to the clients.16.
