Program Manager –
Senior Manager role fulfils project management functions accountable for the delivery of high value, transformative projects and initiatives to assist KPMG to become more efficient, cost effective, agile and competitive. This includes identification of appropriate projects, developing business cases and managing the delivery of projects and initiatives through project teams resourced via appropriate internal and contracted resources. Strong relationships across the organisation are key to identify opportunities and understand requirements.
Key accountabilitiesDeliver solutions; managing projects within a structured framework and providing leadership and coaching for project team members
Create and maintain key project documentation including business cases, functional specifications, project vision/initiation documentsDevelop and maintain industry knowledge & connectionsUnderstands strategic context for KPMG, national growth ambition, divisional goals & business plans
Prioritises rigorous analysis to quantify efficiencies & specify cost benefit in developing a business case for each project meeting the required criteria.Plans and monitors progress of projects to ensure milestones are met
Plans for and manages project interdependenciesDelivers high value, impactful, transformative projects on budget, on time.Develop effective partnerships throughout KPMG locally and globallyEnsure that the solutions developed are tested effectively
? Strong technical skills
? Experience in project management methodologies and contribution to delivery of strategic projects.
? Strategic thinking and experience in facilitating trade-offs between competing business needs.
? Excellent business process analysis and documentation skills.
? Experience and understanding delivering effective change management and organisational change
? Results oriented (proven delivery) and ability to excel in multi-disciplinary environment
? Strong leadership and managerial skills, a skilled communicator with excellent financial management
