A Recruiter works closely with a team of recruiters & recruitment coordinators in a fast-paced recruiting organization. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities
Implement University Relation plans & solutions for campuses across India and deliver resultsImplement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectivesBe the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Amazon brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbersAssist the campus team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc.Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campusManage a group of 2-3 businesses and relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities
