Your Opportunity

As a part of the team in India that works on implementations for multiple Walmart markets you will have a significant impact on Walmart’s Global Back office Solution. You will be challenged with unparalleled complex business problems that spans across multiple countries, highest number of users and the highest data volume in the world.

What we look for
The ability to research, create journeys, personas, IA, wireframes, screen prototypes, and usability testing.
Familiarity with business requirement gathering, site assessment, competitive analysis, and secondary research.
A strong sense of time management, deadlines, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business.
Experience with client services and negotiating business decisions.
Constant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Have strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a work environment promoting independent self-direction. Possess excellent communication skills with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication through strong interpersonal relationships. Exhibit a self-driven and self-motivated personality with entrepreneurial passion and desire to work in an innovative, fast-paced, results-driven, agile environment with varied responsibilities. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centred design methodologies is a must.

Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Information Science, Design discipline or related field and minimum 4 years experience in user experience design or related field
Demonstrate Exceptional Design Skills, Attention to Detail and User-Centric intellect.
Strong Conceptualization and Visualization ability to create Wireframes, Prototypes and Information Architecture incorporating best practices around UX Design, Interactive Design and Visual Design.
Proficient in tools like whiteboarding, paper sketches, Sketch, Adobe CC, Axure
Capability to adhere to team processes and standards, while contributing ideas for improvement.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing a consistently high level of attention to detail.
