Job summary
RBS group is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team’s primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog.
In this role of Catalog associate – FR, the individual is expected to be an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver and balance the needs and requirements of the program with high customer obsession. The tasks that he/she would be responsible for shall include (but are not limited to) effectively performing audits for detail pages and correction of defects, communicating with stakeholders and supporting pilots for new customer focus programs.

1.Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion.
2.Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
3.Supporting pilots in establishing and setting up new customer focus programs
4.If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or SME
5.Proven skill in identifying and fixing process gaps, improvement opportunities and use of small scale automation, technology to increase productivity or drive process simplification
6.Experience in providing support for data collection, preparing reports, exercising push back & realignment of expectations with multiple stakeholders.
7.Identifying, developing and executing data analysis to help create more business impact.
8.Shaping and informing key metrics and indicators by which leadership will assess its performance.
9.Proven skill in identifying and fixing process gaps, improvement opportunities and use of small scale automation, technology to increase productivity or drive process simplification.
10.Experience in providing support for data collection, preparing reports, exercising push back & realignment of expectations with multiple stakeholders.
11.Strong written & verbal communication skills in French & English to work with vendors/internal teams for improving selection, identify and fix catalog defects, analyzing metrics and help their business grow.

About the team
Retail Business Services (RBS) is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team is designated to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space. The team’s primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog using scalable techniques. You will have the opportunity to support and contribute to one of the key processes within RBS, which will impact customers’ experience by resolving defects with help of analysis on the available data and using internal tools, You will be proposing corrective actions to prevent future similar problems.

1·SQL knowledge
2·Languages known such as VBA etc.
3·Exposure to back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments
3·Experience in managing high priority queues
4.MS Excel proficiency
5.Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform ‘Root Cause Analysis’ and identify constraints to recommend a solution – on this, we will test the candidate’s ability to think logically through a given issue, structure their thoughts, identify the problem correctly and then recommend appropriate solutions.
6.Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
7.Ability to engage with cross-functional teams for implementation of project and program requirements.
