THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
A portion of your training will be computer-based learning and the other portion field-based learning
You are to ensure you are completing the course work assigned to you in pre-assigned classroom time
Or dedicate hours outside of work to complete assigned classwork (the amount of study time required will depend on experience)
Be responsible for staying up to date on course work and following the laid-out syllabus
Follow our service system and educate the customer on products and services
Meet and exceed key performance requirements
Learn to deliver quality workmanship on our products and services (possess necessary tools to do the job)
Support lead technician in maintaining a clean, organized job site and truck
Assist in properly completing jobs, adhering to quality checklists, safety, and code requirements
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings
Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions

Mechanically inclined
Valid driver’s license with 3 years of clean driving
Must pass a background check and drug test
