Role Summary:
The Go-to-Market (GTM) and Operations leader for EY Innovation Hub will be responsible for the management and execution of the innovation hub’s GTM activities and operations and pipeline management. The person will work closely with the hub’s leader and support to drive the hub’s value proposition and awareness about the hub’s solutions / capabilities. The person will manage operations around the hub’s activities (including pipeline, etc.) and perform project management of solution/market activation-related activities across Regions’ accounts and account teams.

Essential Functions of the Role:
Go-to-Market (GTM) enablement and marketing asset development
Building and updating materials related to ecosystem partner market activationBuilding and maintaining go-to-market materials (playbooks, etc.) in support of the hub’s core solutions / capabilitiesMapping the hub’s capabilities to the firm’s buyer-based themes and positioningWorking closely with the Hub’ leader to help devise GTM strategy and drive initiatives into the region’s priority accountsWorking with key stakeholders within the Innovation Hub, Regions, Service Lines, BMC, Knowledge, Events, Operations, partner ecosystem, etc. to drive and improve GTM campaigns and activitiesWork closely with the knowledge team to identify market trends
Operations management and project management
Working with the Regions to maintain accurate pipeline data (pipeline hygiene, etc.) within EY’s pipeline systemsManaging and analyzing reporting for campaign effectiveness and pipeline managementOrganize periodic pipeline reviews with relevant stakeholdersWorking with BMC to stand-up sub-sector multi-client events and events targeted at cross-sector trends we can monetizeProject management and tracking relative to market activation across each Regions’ Hub-assigned priority accountsProject management related to ongoing foundational and advanced ideation activities with account teams
Job Requirements:
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
10+ years of experience including GTM planning and successful execution for complex organizations, B2B content writing, and marketing / sales operations & project managementStrong ability to curate and build go-to-market collateralKnows how EY’s different account segments operate (how accounts work)Can work effectively with marketing and creative resources to achieve the Hub’s objectivesAbility to simplify complex topics and communicate that message through written materialAgile mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environmentIs comfortable building something that is still evolving / will continue to change over the next 24 monthsHas the flexibility to travel to the Innovation Hub locations in the US when neededHighly organized and versatility of style (able to work with senior leaders and large groups of professionals)Ability to form relationships with different stakeholdersStrong decision making, action planning, prioritization, and project management skills; Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influenceWorking knowledge of tools like CRM, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience of managing an experience/innovation center, or managing Accounts/BD (pursuits) operations is a plus
University GraduationMBA or equivalent (preferred)
