Pre SalesIdentify methods to generate leads and enquiries.Identifies business opportunities with new clients & existing clients for extended products(up-selling/ cross-selling)Pursue new/existing clients through calling/meetings etc to propose the productsCreate an effective pipeline for customers in his territory, and manage the same.Forecast business generation on a monthly basis for diff. product categoryPrepare proposals/offers depending on the client requirementSales * Demonstrating/presenting products to the clients and making them aware of the services provided.Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales and also negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with clients.Communicate the sales through the process to concerned departments(academic support, operations and accounts, Education)Handover the required documents to concerned departments for implementation and recordkeeping· Collect Payment and update the accounts and department records· Follow up for future collection of payments as per the schedule·Post-sales·Coordinate with the client for status and troubleshooting of programme implementation. (coordination & Execution)Report issues/problems identified during programme delivery w.r.t to clients/internal departments in writing.Do post-execution PR/marketing for repeat business generation.(Example- Feedback/testimonials/programme report/ certificates/ mementos),Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Market Research and Territory managementIdentify all the developments happening in the assigned territory w.r.t. competition.·Update about all the initiatives (Like Events/Competition/Activities/New projects ) w.r.t clientsNew development in the territory w.r.t to market players in the Industry(Non-Competitors)Keep a track of all associations/Meets/Conference and plan promotional activities.Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Record Keeping·CRM Software Updation w.r.t Clients, Sales Pipelines, Key Account Management, Contacts information of Key Persons working with the clients.File all the Records as per the filing and documentation procedure.File month-end report as per prescribed format on last day of every month.Events and MarketingImplement the event plan w.r.t to marketing with existing and prospective clients.During the Company Events do prospecting and marketing with the participants.Execute post-event PR activities.Identify Areas where promotion activities could be organized.Plan and execute promotional activities.Analyze the results of the promotional activities in terms of effectiveness, leads and Business generation.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsRequired Experience: 0 to 3 yearsSkills and Qualifications: Graduation in any streamIMPORTANT NOTE: THE CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO SERVE THE ORGANIZATION FOR AT LEAST 15 MONTHS.THE SALARY STRUCTURE IS AS BELOW: ₹ 15,000 /- per month during training (2 months)₹ 18,000 /- per month during probation (3 months)₹ 24,000 /- per month after probation.After successful completion of 1 year after probation, the salary of the employee will be ₹ 30,000/- per month.Apart from this, the employee is also entitled to incentives based on his/her performance.Based on your experience/skills, your salary pakage can be increased.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹24,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
