Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in technical recruiting or similar role.
5 years of people management experience.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience in technical recruiting.
Experience solving problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a manager.
Ability to consult, influence, and manage clients.
Ability to build, lead, and inspire teams to meet key business growth plans and objectives.
Ability to drive efforts and projects through relationships and a broad knowledge base.
Ability to work with goals, numbers and trends. Excellent analytical skills.

As a Recruiting Manager for Google Cloud in India, you will partner closely with HR Partners and Tech leaders in developing the site strategy and growth plans for key business units. You will lead a team of Leads and Recruiters responsible for tech hiring for all teams across India.

Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a team of Leads and Recruiters to successfully and strategically deliver on hiring goals. Increase productivity, manage, and inspire the team to deliver results while effectively communicating all critical dimensions of staffing, status, and business plans with the Leadership team.
Manage and influence business partner relationships with a variety of teams to ensure staffing objectives are met.
Develop robust and inclusive pipeline strategies to deliver a top talent and create diversity initiatives.
Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
Create and implement staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality, speed of hires, and client management culture.
