Complete Export documentation handling & end-to-end, execution of orders by coordinating with internal & external stakeholders:
Internal coordination/follow ups.
Sharing shipping documents with respective buyers.
Export documentation handling.
Inter departmental liaising with Regulatory, SCM, logistics, PDC, Finance, Manufacturing plants, freight forwarders etc.
Maintenance & preparation of various data reports.
Coordination & follow up with respective buyers for timely pick-up, payments etc.
Maintaining and analysing MIS.
Customer support & engagement.
Preparation of competitive tender proposals and managing RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, ITBs.
With performance, BD activities.
Competencies:
Good communication verbal & written
Inter-personal skills
Analytical skills
Excellent in MS Office, MS excel, word, PPT
Should be good in follow-ups and following instructions
Role:Back Office
Salary: 2,00,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.
