Roles and Responsibilities
Assistant Sales Co-ordinator
Location: Bhosari, MIDC
Organization: A Swiss MNC
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and incoming leads relating to use, operation, and maintenance of Products, including making appropriate product recommendation of new applications.
Effectively communicate customer presentations and solution proposals via Phone & email interactions.Ask right questions to convey understanding and gain credibility as a subject matter
expert to achieve bid opportunities, present solutions, and gain commitment from
the customer.
Communicate requirement to external sales teams to establish clear expectations for
success, while remaining aware of other work priorities.
Sales Coordinator is the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing
technical advice, and introducing new products
Providing pre-sales and post-sales support (in house and at customers side)
Providing product education and advice
Working on after-sales support services
Assist sales colleagues with bids and tenders for new clients from a technical
perspective
Provide quality customer service – both to internal and external customers
Booking sales orders and invoices.Making weekly report and send to Sales Engineers.Handling Demo materials.Assisting in administrative work as necessary.Follow up with Customers, Sales team and with HQ & Production Unit.Handling dispatch related queries.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate profile:
Female, 25-30 years oldDiploma In Electrical / Electronics.3-5 years of experience working as Sales coordinator, Internal sales.
Must have back-office experience.Strong technical skills –Education in technical electronics/ mechatronics
Experienced in customer service.
Experience within a similar role in the automation industry is desirable
Sales driven and with a highly customer-orientated approach
Excellent knowledge in English – oral and writtenStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS office programs is required (Excel, Outlook, Word & Power point).
Experience with ERP. SAP will be added advantage.
