We are looking for passionate individuals for customer support for our US based project. The project revolves around financial software and financial education. It is a complete blended process. The job role is Level 1 support and the process requires the candidate to handle the customer queries over chat and answer the questions about the product and services.

Position : Customer Support Officer (International Chat Support)

Should have Laptop/Desktop & WIFI/ Internet
Graduates/ Under Graduates – Immediate Joining Required Male/ Female No Bar
For Males – Day or Night Shift
For Females – Morning Shift
Job Type – Full time
Remuneration – 12k to 20k

Experience: FRESHER to 02 year Experience in Backoffice/ Customer Support/ Call Centers/ IT/ Front Office

Selected candidates will be offered Work From Office (Viman Nagar)
Roles and Responsibilities
Communicate with Customers Via Online Website Chat to answer the questions about the product and services.
Making sure that customer’s Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
Understand and Guide the Customers about the Company, Products and Features.
Use Manual Written Sentences sometimes as needed on chat.
Manage Inbound calls and follow up.
Co Ordinate with Back Office Team for client queries regarding billing, memberships, refunds etc.
Respond to all incoming calls from customer and give proper support to team.

Requirements
Candidate should be good with understanding computers and internet with decent typing speed.
English with excellent spoken and written skills. Good sense of grammar.
Team player.
Effective time management skills.
Candidate should be good at multitasking and should be able to work in pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Inclination towards Customer Service.
