JOB DESCRIPTIONThe responsibility to manage orders on a daily basis. They are the key link in communication with our customers for orders/inventory questions. The individual works closely with our shipping department to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on time.Key responsibilities;· Evaluate all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms and inform management for all incomplete orders and verify all client information to deliver all products.· Sales orders and Invoices creation.· Coordination between Sales Rep, Owner(s) and others.· Prepare required documentation and dispatch to clients for billing purpose on PAN India basis.· Scan documents and print files, when needed. Track and trace Order Management files· Work cross-functionally with other internal teams diagnosing order issues to ensure timely processing.· Complete daily inventory check to ensure order accuracy· Greet all customers on telephone and update knowledge on all orders and ensure compliance to all operating proceduresRequirements· 1yr minimum Experience in Order processing· Technical experience with ZOHO, SAP, ORACL. Must be fluent in English written and verbal skills.· Excel – Intermediate to Advanced level (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements)· Must have the ability to work independently and with a Team.. Ability to multi task and eye for details.. Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.. Order Management experience preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
