People Management – Typically managing a team of 8-12 colleagues (may vary depending on the overall team size) and reporting into the Service Manager (head of the unit).Project Management – Manage projects end to end with focus on Quality of Delivery and Process Efficiency. Track and control project timelines, resource allocation, identify and mitigate risks, and accountable for communication managementManages the preparation and delivery of market analyses for RFPs and renewals ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness
Develops and manages strategic solutions for process improvements and back-office support for standard business operationsSupports Comprehensive Disclosure Statement (CDS) process ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness
Collaborates with extended leadership and other key stakeholders in managing service delivery, capacity management, and key performance metricsLead kick-off meetings for large/ complex assignments/Global projects to ensure common and comprehensive understanding of client/stakeholder requirementsThe individual develops and implements strategy to achieve the defined business objectives/targets and provides guidance in determining service level agreements, determining control standards and identifying issue escalation matrix.Define and implement SLAs along with on-shore stakeholders.Identify and lead process enhancement initiativesActs as the first point of contact for colleagues, on company programs and policiesDemonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environmentStrong product and domain expertiseStakeholder and market managementTranslate the business goals to individual goals and set expectations/targetsPerformance management through regular connects of all direct reportsBuild and manage capability – ensure 100% key talent back-upEnsure colleagues are motivated and engaged to performDefine career paths and development goalsFocus on enhancing technical & personnel effectiveness through training, education and coachingEnsuring succession planning for critical rolesImplement various quality, technology, automation and standardization initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyRisk Analysis and mitigation – in case of crisis situations, provide viable alternatives with least impact to business
