Job Details :
Analyse business requirements and provide solutions, Write high-level design, detailed designs & coach other developers.
Develop, modify or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design, analyse defects, provide fast and accurate solutions & write test-cases.
Actively participate in design, peer-review, code review and documentation.
Team player, work in co-operation & coach others, Guide and develop group with technical expertise.
Positive attitude, ambitious, self-motivated and proactive, Leads Innovative and initiatives for value, Cultivates and Shares Knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with frequent changes priorities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills must have hands on knowledge of-Java, J2ee, Jasper, Eclipse. GIT, Web Services, XML, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Nice to have-AWS, GWT, Spring, Unix, Jboss, Maven.
