Located near Truist Park, the SpringHill Suites Atlanta NW is sure to be busy with excited baseball fans and guests ready to explore the area. We’re looking for a dynamic and positive team to make this one of the best openings of the SpringHill suites brand! Think you’re up for the challenge? Here are the details:
Open positions include: Guest Services, Night Audit, Engineering, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Bartender. Apply to this posting for Room Attendant.
As a member of our Housekeeping team, your responsibilities will include:
– The opening of a hotel! That includes everything imaginable from setting up guest and back office spaces, setting up and cleaning of rooms, training, and just being open to whatever needs to get done.
– Understanding basic emergency procedures for the property (safety for our team members and guests is our #1 priority).
– Keeping housekeeping cart clean and stocked throughout shift.
– Thorough cleaning of guest rooms, approximately 13 – 16 rooms/day.
– Light service on guest rooms throughout the guest stay (limited per COVID-19 protocols).
– Self-inspection of rooms prior to final inspection by Housekeeping Supervisor.
– Team work is key! A successful hotel does not have a “not my job” attitude. We’re all here for the guest in whatever form that takes.
– Patience. Opening a hotel will come with it’s own speed bumps. Let’s work through them together and with a positive attitude!
