Job Position: People Operations & Compliance Executive, ekaterra
Job Type: Contract Role for 6 months duration
Scope: People Partnering for ekaterra specific to Service lines (~100 employees across WL1A to WL4)
Function: Human Resources
Reports to: People Experience Lead
Location: Bangalore UniOps

The incumbent will be the HR operations partner for service lines specific to ekaterra (managing a white collar employees (WL1A to WL4) of ~100 empls) and will be a subject matter expert in handling people partnering & experience . The role will require working with internal cross functional team members of HR Business partners, People Experience organisation, business managers, recruitment team, employees and related stakeholders in the assigned service lines. Some of the key aspects of the role are:
Collaborate with internal teams and enable business growth as well as recruitment by creating and implementing HR delivery .
Hands on use of HR technology to streamline and simplify internal process and to deliver experiences for our employees.
Knowledge of HR compliance wrt PF , Payroll process and lead PF management as required for statutory requirements
Thorough knowledge of people policies across Unilever India, process flow understanding involved in various stages of employee life cycle to provide utmost guidance
Enable People and Capability Development to ensure the organization is always fit to compete in the marketplace
Working with HRBPs of the business – to support execution of the Onboarding, Offboarding, Moves, Attrition, International Assignment, Employee Engagement for India based employees (WL1s and WL2s)
Facilitate people agenda by closely collaborating with recruitment team and PELs
Operational user knowledge of tools such as workday, power BI dashboard and knowledge on Sales force creation for the People ops team for ensuring payroll interface
Being the first point of contact and provide operational support for all people topics
Responsible for handling employee matters at first level related to process and PF queries in line with compliance
Main Accountabilities :
Manage operational matters as single poc for ekaterra in day to day engagement with managers, employees, HRBP,TA and People Experience leads
Delivering value to business in conjunction with the people strategy agenda
Support stakeholders in professional manner ensuring that appropriate guidance is provided as well as issues are identified and resolved

Relevant Experience –
University Graduate in HR discipline (or similar relevant education)
Prior experience
Minimum of 3+ years hands on HR domain experience but strongly inclined and passionate about HR generalist
Must have hands on experience in dealing with employee life cycle processes
Knowledge of MS office tools, awareness of labour laws
Experience in handling and resolving Compliance would be added advantage
