Personal Assistant Experience – 1-5 YearsLocation – Pune (Chandini Chowk)We are looking for a competent Personal Assistant who will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive’s communication, working life and personal life.Responsibilities Maintain calendar and schedule appointmentsBook meetings as required, send calendar invites/zoom linksTake dictation and minutes and accurately enter dataMonitor office suppliesDevelop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadDistribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assignedArrange travel and accommodationsSchedule in-house and external events.Supervising and training household staff (uniforms, assigning duties, scheduling duties)overseeing the work of contractors (construction, swimming pool, AC, Elevator, gardener etc)Maintaining the cars on the property (timely servicing, insurance, PUC etc)Maintenance of the propertyoverseeing the health of the dogs on the propertyStaff welfare – health insurance, claims, education of staff children etcoverseeing procurement of household goodslooking after guests (ensuring rooms are set up and ready before arrival and turned down once guests leave)organising dinner parties and eventsbeing hands-on with all administrative duties, including:paying billsbudgetingmanaging household schedulesSkills required:Tech Savvy – Print, Scan, Back up, Update, Internet, Should be familiar with Microsoft office and G-SuiteProactive – Maintain deadlines, payment dates, renewal etcPunctual & ReliableOrganisational skills – Maintain Inventory, Excel sheets, Budgets, Petty cash vouchers, filingGraduation; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantageMulti LingualGood Communication Skills – Write emails, coordinate with vendors, share timely reports/updatesProven experience in administrationFull comprehension of office management systems and proceduresExcellent knowledge of MS Office and GsuiteProficiency in EnglishExemplary planning and time management skillsHigh level verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Pune City, Pune – 411058, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
